Appointment Analysis

Purpose:  To provide lists of:

• No-shows
• Confirmed appointments
• Un-confirmed appointments: This list can be used when confirming appointments since there is a Confirm hyperlink for each unconfirmed appointment. Clicking the link on the report confirms the appointment.
• Appointments that do not have charges performed on the appointment date. This can be useful for finding superbills that might not have gotten posted.

Report data is available in a detailed mode showing individual appointments, as well as a summary mode showing totals by entity.
